If you are wedding planner or other events organizer it can be that you have clients who hire you to plan family parties, or parties before-the-wedding, after-the-wedding, or supplementary caterings that don’t need porcellain and silver tableware. Sometimes a very high budget is already assigned to the main catering and for the supplementary parties it would be fine to be able to reduce costs.
