Michelin stars: what makes a restaurant great?

The star restaurants of the peninsula were announced at the Spanish and Portugese Michelin guide 2017 presentation in Mas Marroch, the seat of Can Roca on November 23rd. We want to congratulate all the prize-winners and transmit our admiration to those who did not obtain a star but applied for it, as well as to those who achieved recognitions such as Bib Gourmand, as these achievments denote the highest levels of quality.
