The García de Pou website has a new customer service feature that will be of great help to you. This is the Chatbot, a virtual assistant that will guide you to resolve any questions you may have. By clicking on the chat logo, which you will find in the bottom right-hand corner of our website, you will be able to resolve the main questions: What are the technical characteristics of a product? Is there stock availability? These and other questions will be answered by our Chatbot.

The García de Pou Customer Service Department agents are here to answer any questions you may have. But we know that most questions can be answered automatically, much more quickly and easily, because a large number of customer queries are common. For example, many of the customers who contact us want to know the technical characteristics of the products: measurements, certifications, uses, etc. In this case, the virtual assistant will only need you to enter the product code and you will get all the answers you are looking for. In the Chatbot you will find everything from the availability of stock of a certain product to the answers to all the frequently asked questions that may arise.

Our Chatbot, moreover, has no opening hours. It is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It will guide you through a simple menu, so that you can intuitively find what you are looking for.
